Udine, Italy – 20-21 June 2019. Our first year project meeting was hosted in Udine by IN srl. The meeting was filled with many fruitful discussions to revise the work done and set the steps for the next months.
Bucharest, Romania – June 19-21, 2019. In, together with CITC and CNR, was invited to organize a booth at the exhibition for the Innovative Enterprise Week, an event co-organized by the DG Connect. We brought more recent prototypes of the B2B device and engaged with a lively audience of innovators & policymakers.
Rotterdam, The Netherlands. June 12-14, 2019. Our project coordinator Silvia Scaglione gave a presentation on the B2B research activity on advanced 3D in vitro tumor models.
Athens, Greece – June 6-10, 2019. Our partner BIOEMTECH attended the 8th National Conference on Biomedical Engineering, introducing their imaging work in the framework of B2B project with a poster.
London, GB – June 6, 2019 – React4life was invited to the Startup Grind Europe Conference, to join the first round of the Startup Program for the Startup Exhibition in Europe. After a deep selection, R4L was chosen with around other 100 startups coming from Europe, Middle East and all over the world, where just 5 Italian startups were selected. Great job R4L!
Rhodes, Greece- May 26-31, 2019. Alessandra Marella from CNR attended TERMIS (Tissue Engineering and Regenerative medicine) conference and gave a presentation on the hydrogel-based 3D tumor models developed within the B2B project.
Barcelona, Spain – May 22-24, 2019. Alessandra Marella from CNR presented the B2B research activity with a particular focus on functionalized 3D biomaterials and their Tissue Engineering applications.
Brussels, Belgium – 3-4 April 2019. Our partner React4Life, backed by the European Innovation Council (EIC) pilot, had the opportunity to pitch and present their business cases and to engage in one-on-one business meetings with representatives from some of the leading Corporates in Europe.
London, GB – 20-23 October 2018. Our partner IN, together with CITC, organized a booth at the New Scientist Live (NSL), a large science fair that attracts more than 40,000 attendees, among them many students and science lovers, 120+ industry leading exhibitors and 6 programmed theatres staging inspiring speakers. At the booth, B2B showcased some early prototypes of the B2B device and engaged fruitful discussions with the attendees on the importance of basic research and the status of cancer research nowadays.
Linz, Austria – 23-26 September 2018. Our project coordinator attended the EUSAAT Conference (European Congress on Alternatives to Animal Testing) to propose the innovative solution of the B2B device as an alternative to animal testing in cancer research.
